How Prona365 works

Where listings come from

Private sellers, agencies, brokers, banks, and other professionals can publish on Prona365. Those listings go through our moderation before they are public.

Imported from public listings

We also import listings that agencies and other publishers already posted on their own public websites, so you can search and compare them here.

An imported listing can be out of date, already sold, or already rented. Always confirm availability with the publisher.

Who you are contacting

Phone, email, WhatsApp, and other contact details on a listing come from the listing’s publisher — the person or agency who posted it, or the public page we imported it from.

Prona365 is not the seller, landlord, or middleman. We do not replace publisher contacts with our own.

What we add

• One search across markets, with filters you can save.
• Facts such as price, size, and location in a comparable format.
• Favorites and saved searches so you can come back later.

What we do not do

• We do not sit in the middle of a sale or rental.
• We do not hide the publisher’s phone or email.
• We do not rewrite the price the publisher published.

Moderation and verification

Listings posted on Prona365 are reviewed against our rules before they go live.

Professionals and agencies can complete verification so buyers can see they are who they say they are.

Can an imported listing already be sold?

Yes. Imported listings follow the publisher’s public page and can lag behind. Ask the publisher whether the property is still available.

If something is wrong with a listing, who do I contact?
