This Privacy Policy explains how Prona365 collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, apps, and related services.
Prona365 is a property search platform. We are not the seller, landlord, or agent on a listing. Contact details shown on a listing belong to the listing’s publisher.
When you register or update your account we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
If you contact a publisher from the platform, or send us a message on the contact page, we process the details you submit so we can deliver the message or reply.
If you subscribe to updates, we store the email address you provide for that purpose.
Professionals and agencies who request verification may upload identity or company documents. We use those documents only to review the verification request and related account security.
We import listings that publishers have already made public on their own websites. That can include the published price, description, photos, location, and the business contact details shown on that public page.
Imported contact details are attributed to the original publisher. We do not replace them with Prona365 phone numbers or email addresses.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language and theme, and understand how the site is used. You can refuse cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.
We use providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics (including Google Analytics where enabled), maps, and file storage. They process data only as needed to provide those services to us.
