These Terms of Service govern your use of Prona365. By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Posted on Prona365: listings created by registered users (including private sellers, agencies, brokers, banks, and other professionals). The publisher is responsible for accuracy.
Imported from public listings: listings we copy from a publisher’s own public website so they can be searched here. They remain the publisher’s listings.
Contact information on a listing is provided by the listing’s publisher (the user who posted it, their agency, or the public page we imported). It is not Prona365’s contact information.
Prona365 is not a party to any sale, rental, or other deal between users and publishers. We are not the agent or middleman for that deal.
Imported listings can be out of sync with the publisher’s site, already sold, or already rented. We do not independently verify those contacts or that the property is still available. Confirm with the publisher before you act.
Listings posted on Prona365 are subject to our moderation and may be refused, edited for policy, or removed. Moderation of a posting on Prona365 is not a guarantee about imported listings from other websites.
Professional and agency verification, where offered, is a review of the documents and information submitted for that purpose. It does not make Prona365 responsible for the publisher’s listings or deals.
When you upload photos or other media for a listing posted on Prona365, you represent that you own the content or have permission to publish it.
You grant Prona365 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that media in connection with your listing and the platform.
We may apply a visible Prona365 watermark to photos shown on the platform. Public views may display watermarked copies while originals are retained for moderation and quality review.
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to break into accounts or systems, or post content that is abusive, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited. You must not submit listings you are not allowed to offer.
To the extent permitted by law, Prona365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or from deals between users and publishers. We do not guarantee that every listing is accurate or available.
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the platform or other users. Provisions that should survive (including licenses already granted, liability limits, and governing law) continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirana, Albania.
