Introduction
Welcome to Prona365. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Property Listings
Users who list properties on our platform are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. Property listings are subject to our moderation and approval process before being publicly visible.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the platform. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Limitation of Liability
Prona365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings and are not responsible for any transactions between users.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirana, Albania.
